Over the years, Türkiye has become a country I know from the inside - its culture, mentality, ways of communication, and business practices.
My education at the Institute of Asian and African Studies at Lomonosov Moscow State University gave this understanding a strong academic foundation. There is a well-known saying, "The East is a delicate matter". In real estate, it has a very practical meaning: knowing the market is not enough. Understanding people, local practices, and the nuances that often determine the outcome of a transaction is equally important.
What matters to me most is that my relationship with a client does not end when the keys are handed over. I live permanently in Türkiye and remain available after the purchase whenever questions arise regarding the property or life in the country.
One of my professional projects was the launch and development of Kalinka Group's Türkiye operations, part of one of Russia's established luxury real estate companies. I was entrusted with building the Türkiye direction from the ground up and developing it into a fully operational business structure.
Today, I am the Founder and CEO of Palma Realty World, a boutique real estate advisory company working with international clients investing in Türkiye.
